NORTHERN STAR REALTY is located in Hilton, NY in the heart of apple country and not too far from the shores of Lake Ontario. The company was started in 2002 and is owned/operated by life long Western NY native Robert J. Piazza, a NYS licensed real estate broker. NORTHERN STAR REALTY carries on a family real estate business tradition since the 1960’s. The Piazza family including Sam (Dad), Dee (Mom) & Robert has over 130 years of experience in the real estate business. The Piazzas were responsible for bringing the first computerized MLS system to Western NY in 1973 and for bringing one of the first Century 21 franchises to New York State in the mid 1970’s. Bob has been in the real estate business for over 41 years and has been trained by some of the most successful local real estate brokers in the area including Nothnagle Realtors, Century 21 Real Estate, and NY real estate pioneer Sam J. Piazza. Bob has achieved multi-million dollar sales volumes many times and is a GRAR Sales Master Platinum Award winner. Bob has also been a real estate consultant for a nationally known real estate seminar company and has mentored /coached over 10,000 real estate students in all 50 states over a 10 year period.
